It is also about building a strong foundation for your leaders to lead more effectively. Effective documentation captures both what is going well and what could be improved with employee performance. It becomes a timeline of ongoing conversations and the foundation from which a manager can provide coaching and development. Incorporating good documentation into your leadership training strengthens a manager’s skill set. This class is designed to help managers learn the foundations of this important skill.
