The ADA took a significant leap forward with the passage of the ADA Amendments Act. These amendments changed how employers should focus their ADA administration and have resulted in a significant rise in charges alleging ADA discrimination.
Part 2 of this session will address what does, and does not, constitute reasonable accommodation, necessary documentation to defend your organization, the limitation of the ADA defenses of undue hardship and direct threat, medical inquires under the Act, and confidentiality provisions of the ADA.
