TRAINING OVERVIEW

Workplace harassment is the employment law issue of our times.  Even before the #MeToo movement started, the EEOC found that: “Too many people in too many workplaces find themselves in unacceptably harassing situations when they are simply trying to do their jobs.”.  Clearly, managers and organizations need to focus on harassment prevention to help mitigate the potential legal exposure that exists. But where should you draw the line on what constitutes illegal harassment? Is there really a second line in play that every manager and organization should implement?  How should managers decide what to do?
