Part 2 of this session cover will address FMLA for military purposes, the numerous forms necessary to administer the FMLA, employer and employee notice requirements, addressing untimely or incomplete medical certifications, the use of 2nd and 3rd opinions, retroactive designation of leave, return to work issues, the coming Colorado Paid Leave provisions, and the interplay of workers compensation and other paid leave benefits.
