TRAINING OVERVIEW
The purpose of this course is to encourage self-awareness, cultural competency, and empathy on teams and in organizations in relation to diversity, equity, accessibility, and inclusion. Various concepts will be introduced, such as unconscious bias, self-awareness, and other related topics. The importance of promoting an overall safe and welcoming workplace environment for those of all races, creeds, ethnicities and abilities will also be discussed.
