TRAINING OVERVIEW
In this course, participants will learn about the insidious climate and culture damage caused by microaggressions. Microaggressions refer to the normalization of commonplace verbal, behavioral, or environmental indignities (whether intentional or unintentional), that communicate hostile, derogatory, or negative prejudicial slights and insults toward culturally marginalized groups. Participants will learn tactics to address microaggressions.
