TRAINING OVERVIEW
Social media is an essential communication tool for organizations in all industries. It is the go-to source of information for many consumers and clients. Effective social media marketing can connect organizations to new and existing consumers, help to build loyalty, and can help organizations to achieve a variety of different business-related goals. This course focuses specifically on the how-to’s of social media marketing.
We will cover the foundations of social media marketing, including basics of social marketing strategy, identification of social consumers, and how social communities can be managed. We will also cover the four zones of social media beginning with social community and including social publishing, social entertainment, and social commerce. The course will conclude with an overview of social media metrics, measurement, and consumer insights.
