TRAINING OVERVIEW
Let’s face it- we live in a constrained world and sometimes if feels like we are the only one who realizes our team’s and organization’s limitations! This project management office (PMO) class focuses on providing participants with processes and tools to balance the inexhaustible list of important operational activities and project wish lists against the real resource limitations to do those activities. Realistic case studies and multiple scenarios will equip managers with methods and tools to balance the supply of, and demand for, operational resources.
This ½ day course is designed for project and functional managers who have the desire to design and implement systems and processes to better manage resources in their organizations and teams.
