TRAINING OVERVIEW

This class is designed for project management professionals or any professional who is managing projects for their organizations and is responsible for project communications to internal and external stakeholders.

In this class, we will start to focus on two primary categories of project communication management: stakeholder engagement and project communications. Under the umbrella of stakeholder engagement, we will cover: how to identify and track stakeholders; tools for analyzing and addressing stakeholder interests; and a variety of stakeholder management strategies, including strategies for managing multiple stakeholders. Within project communications, we will cover how to develop project communication plans; manage communication to multiple audiences; and general best practices in project communications. Case studies will be used as opportunities throughout this course to engage with and apply the tools and techniques covered.
