TRAINING OVERVIEW
Life, and work, isn’t always a bunch of roses. This introductory emotional intelligence training allows participants to explore what’s underneath the anger that’s showing up at work. By recognizing that anger is a secondary emotion, participants will be more prepared to manage themselves, the situation, and reduce tensions.
