TRAINING OVERVIEW
First defined by Robert Greenleaf in 1970, Servant Leadership is a “philosophy and set of practices that enriches the lives of individuals, builds better organizations and ultimately creates a more just and caring world.”
In this workshop, we will discuss Serving Leadership and the 5 powerful actions of the serving leader, as well as the serving leader compass. We use the word serving because it is a verb, it is something leaders do. You will learn principles, behaviors and best practices that will take your leadership skills to the next level and improve the effectiveness of your current leadership abilities.
