TRAINING OVERVIEW

This class is designed for professionals who are responsible for communicating on behalf of their projects or organizations and as a result, become de facto managers of reputation. Reputation management is a critical, but often overlooked, aspect of successful organizational communication management. This course provides an overview of the key concepts within reputation management including predicting, preparing for, and preventing risk; resolving and responding to risk, and recovering from reputation challenges. The course will also cover issue and crisis communication as related to reputation management. Participants in the course will also be equipped with easy-to-apply best practices for improving online reputation, including aspects of reputation management on social media platforms.
