As changes are planned and occur within organizations, it is imperative that leaders shepherd the organization and its constituents through the change process and that communication about changes are closely managed to ensure successful implementation.
This class is designed for professionals who are responsible for leading change and for managing and communicating about changes within their organizations. This class will cover the eight-stage process of leading and communicating about change in depth.
