TRAINING OVERVIEW

How relationships, agreements and disagreements are managed is critical to the success of any organization. The Respectful Workplace is a foundational course in learning how to develop and operationalize skills that promote collaboration, teamwork and efficiency. In this workshop participants will define the elements of a respectful workplace, learn strategies to minimize the impact of bias and build skills in utilizing dialogue that promotes civility and productivity.
