Roz Bedell
Roz Bedell is a senior consultant with Arrow Performance Group, specializing in organizational development for government agencies and non-profits. With a Master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Colorado, Denver, she brings extensive expertise in strategic planning, organizational change, coaching, and leadership development. Roz is a certified MBTI facilitator and trained mediator who focuses on creating supportive workplaces that promote collaboration and engagement. Drawing from her background in HR and non-profit sector experience, she helps organizations build strong teams and develop effective strategies to recruit and retain talented staff. Her approach centers on understanding each client’s unique needs to deliver tailored solutions that achieve their organizational goals.

Stuart Thomas
Stuart Thomas, founder of Arrow Performance Group, brings over 40 years of expertise in organizational performance improvement. Following 20 years at Accenture, he established APG in 1999 and has since transformed performance for more than 500 organizations across diverse industries. With advanced degrees in both business and technology, plus certifications in HR (SPHR®), project management (PMP®), agile practices (ACP®), and executive coaching (ICF-ACC), Stuart specializes in helping leaders integrate strategy, people, and processes to achieve sustainable growth.
