Your Trainer

Christie Artis

Christie Artis

Christie brings 20 years of professional experience as an HR leader, coach, and trainer in top organizations. She has spent her career developing high-performing leaders at all levels, from CEO to individual contributor. Supporting clients in over thirty countries, and various industries such as start-ups, multi-national corporations, academia, non-profits, and government. In addition to coaching, she has deep experience developing and facilitating leadership development workshops on a wide variety of leadership competencies and topics. 

She is a Board Certified Coach (BCC), and also holds an advanced certification with the International Coach Federation, as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC). She trained at the gold standard of coaching schools CTI and holds their Certified Professional Coactive Coach (CPCC) designation. With that she is also a Mentor Coach, helping to train and prepare junior coaches for certification. She also holds a Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification and is certified in over ten leadership and team assessments, 360’s, personality assessments, and programs. 

She facilitates around the world and coaches clients virtually via video from Portland, OR. This allows her to balance work while seeking outdoor adventures with her husband and two kids.
