Training Overview:

In this forward-looking session, participants will explore how visionary leaders are responding to powerful forces reshaping work—from AI and automation to demographic change, stakeholder capitalism, and the emergence of the Fifth Industrial Revolution.

We will examine the profound shifts redefining how organizations create value and sustain impact—transforming structures, strategies, and ethical frameworks to thrive in the 2050s. Through interactive dialogue and scenario-based exercises, participants will analyze how leaders are reinventing business models: shifting from products to outcomes, adopting networked and fluid operating systems, advancing circular and zero-carbon supply chains, and redefining the KPIs that matter most—trust, skill liquidity, carbon intensity, and resilience.

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

  • Understand possibilities to integrate AI-enabled intelligence and sustainability into operations
  • Identify adaptive business models
  • Move toward redefining success metrics to measure impact, trust, and resilience—beyond traditional profit indicators.

As a result of participating in this LES, you will strengthen your leadership competencies in the areas of:

  • Strategic Foresight
  • Systems Thinking
  • Ethical and Purpose-Driven Leadership
